Where can I find my tracking number?
Go to account, sign in, and there you'll see your orders, click on the order you want to know the tracking number (barcode) of.
If the package was allready send you will find the number there.

Lost order procedure
1- A month after your order has been shipped mail us with your order number
2- We will start a postal investigation; this takes 14-60 days depending on country and efficient of their postal system
3- If receive letter back with result, their can be 4 outcomes:
1-package received - this means order arrived after all, someone else signed for you, housemate neighbor or you want to trick us in sending order again
2-Package got lost - This means we will send your package again
3-Package got confiscated by your countries customs - This means you ordered something illegal in your country and we are not responsible for the loss. You agreed our disclaimer.

If you cannot login or cart is always empty
you are blocking this site's cookie. Likely causes are some sort of ad filter (Google toolbar or ad filtering software, maybe?) that is blocking your browser from accepting this site's cookie (there is only 1 cookie, but it must remain present throughout the session).
